1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Velox AI ("Velox AI," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of velox.ai and any content, features, forms, or services made available through that website (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. The Site
The Site provides information about Velox AI and its platform, and may let you request early access, contact us, or subscribe to updates. The Site is separate from any production platform, application, or service that Velox AI may provide under a separate written agreement. If you use a Velox AI product or service, the terms for that product or service control that use.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

Feedback and suggestions you send are voluntary. You grant Velox AI a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by Velox AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Velox AI" and related names, logos, and product names are trademarks of Velox AI. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services, including hosting and newsletter delivery. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy.
8. Disclaimers

The Site provides general information about Velox AI and its platform. It does not provide legal, financial, security, or other professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velox AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification

13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
14. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Velox AI regarding the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to us must be sent to hello@velox.ai. Notices to you may be posted on the Site.
